I am the Owner and Managing Broker of Buyer's Best Choice Real Estate. Buyer's Best Choice came into being in 1998 and has steadily grown ever since. We are a small, independent company, dedicated to our clients.
I am a Denver native who grew up with Denver. I have a diverse background, both personally and professionally. My main strength is customer satisfaction. I have been a Realtor since 1997 and am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS, a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and a candidate for the Master in Real Estate (MRE).
I have been fortunate to have traveled extensively and lived in Lanikai, Oahu, Hawaii, Frankfurt, Germany, Monterrey, Mexico, Mexico City, St. Louis and Salt Lake City. I have also lived in 19 different homes, so I understand how hard it can be to move. I am fluent in Spanish and at one time fluent also in German and French.
I have been married to my husband, John, for over 37 years. We have two daughters, both married, and two grandsons. We enjoy traveling, gardening and reading.
After a successful career in the telecommunications industry, I decided to become a Realtor. The main reason was because of the last house my husband, John, and I purchased.
The experience of selling a home and buying a new one was not what it should have been. On the selling side, the agent did not do what was promised and the transaction almost did not go through. As buyers, we gave the agent a list of our wants and needs and ended up looking at a number of homes that did not even match our criteria. Then, after moving in, we faced a number of inspection issues that should have been addressed before closing, but we weren't made aware of them by the inspector.
Right then and there, I decided that someone should really care about a client. There is no better way to buy or sell a home than with me! I believe in you!

Prior to joining Buyer's Best Choice, I was with Keller Williams Real Estate. I believe that Buyer's Best Choice believes in the personal and caring touch that I want for my clients.
I have lived in Denver for 35 years. I have been a Realtor since 1996 and before that was in the Mortgage industry. I enjoy Real Estate and assisting both buyers and sellers, and take pride in my level of service. Many agents think that their most important job is satisfying their clients. I do not think that is true. I believe that satisfying the client's needs is the minimum standard for staying in business. I work constantly to improve my systems, process, and services to well beyond the standard level of "service" provided by most agents.
I have been married to my husband, Don, for over 40 years. We have two sons and one daughter, all married and five grandsons. We enjoy traveling, reading, home improvement projects. I also enjoy my Real Estate Career, bowling, shopping and hiking.
Simply put, my objective if you are my seller is to get you the most amount of money in the least possible time and with the fewest hassles. The main reason I decided to have a career in Real Estate was to have the chance to work with people. Every situation is different so it keeps things interesting. I have been in Denver Real Estate for the past 8 years and look forward to making my business grow even more each year. I also support other Realtors in their businesses and work with them on a contract basis to assist them in setting up systems, training or to help them manage a transaction with their clients.
I am a Colorado native and have lived in the Denver area for the past 9 years with my husband. I truly love Colorado and the Denver area and can imagine staying here for the rest of my life. Together my husband and I have been through our own personal real estate transactions. We bought our first home with a builder, became a seller to move up and buy the next home which was older in age and we bought an investment property that we rent out. So, I can say that I've experienced the major aspects of Real Estate first hand.
To let you know a little more about me, I enjoy the outdoors, snowboarding, camping and hiking. I love spending time with family and friends. I love to travel when ever I can, even if it's just a short trip to the mountains. I love watching sports and I am a fan of the Denver sports teams, mostly football and hockey. I also play in a Fantasy Football Team each year, I have yet to win a championship. I love to crochet/knit in my free time or scrapbook my memories. I love to attend games, plays at the theater, concerts or just have a fun night out when I can. I also love to spend time taking my dog 'Griffey' out for a walk and to the park as often as possible. With him being a yellow lab, they love the outdoors when ever they can get it and even at his age of 6 years, he's still a puppy at heart.

Hi, my name is Kari Lundberg. I became a Realtor largely because of the great experience that I had with the Realtor who helped me find my first home - Marilyn Van Steenberg. She was patient, helpful and very knowledgeable about the home buying experience. She made me feel completely at ease about purchasing my first home. She did not try to impose her view of where I should live and did not pressure me to make a decision.
Because of my Realtor, I decided that helping people find their homes would be fun and exciting as well as challenging. So far I have been correct! I have never thought of myself as a salesperson but more as a matchmaker. Homes either are or are not right for people. When I assist my clients and find the right home for them, they are likely to be happy and use me again when they are ready to buy or sell. So, that is my job! Matching people with homes that will make them as happy as mine has made me.
I am a Denver native and I have purchased and sold several properties in the Denver area throughout the years. I think that Denver is the best city in the world in which to live. I have traveled in more than 10 countries and visited almost every state in the U.S. I can't think of any other place that I would rather live.
