Current Available Properties There are two ways to search for homes that are currently available in the Denver Metro area. Choose the one that you are most comfortable using and that works best for you. Realtor.com is a good place to begin if you are not sure you are moving to the Denver Metro area. It gives you a general idea of what is available, neighborhoods, and price ranges. The majority of the properties are currently available, but not all. It is a very general search site. Realty Assistant only has current listings. You will need to fill out an additional for at their website. This site will allow you to search on specific items that are important to you, i.e., main floor master bedroom, finished basement, number of fireplaces, etc. Realty Assistant will automatically e-mail you new listings as they become available. This program is very useful if you are seriously planning a move within the next 3 months. When you reach the sign-in screen, enter you e-mail. When it asks for "Agent's e-mail", enter: buyersbc@aol.com. Once you are in the system, begin with New Search. You can also go back and make any changes you want to your search if the results are not what you want.
